Mentorship sessions

Payments for mentorship sessions are non-refundable when a participant cancels, does not attend, or is unable to join the booked session.

A refund will be provided only when a session is cancelled by Vivek Jaiswal. In that situation, you may choose an alternative available slot instead. If you do not want to reschedule, the session fee will be refunded to the original payment method.

Premium digital content

Payments for lifetime premium access, premium Architecture studies, interview playbooks, downloads, and other digital content are final and non-refundable. Access is provided digitally after a successful purchase, so no refunds are offered after payment.

Premium access is a one-time purchase. It does not renew, expire, or include future Playbook tracks unless a purchase description expressly says otherwise.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. The time required for the amount to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.
